About The Friends of Gallery Oldham
Our aim is to support Gallery Oldham by assisting with promoting events & exhibitions, encourage visits to the Gallery, explore its collections, assist with the acquisition of new items & the conservation of existing artifacts. Friends of Gallery Oldham’s first project was raising money to buy a painting from the 2024 Oldham Open Exhibition.

For over 20 years Gallery Oldham has been offering a programme of exhibitions and events that we have all been proud of. But until now we were missing one important element – a Friends Group. It has been fantastic to see the group develop and we look forward to welcoming and working with our Friends in the coming years.
